  1. f'(x) = 24x^3 + 102x^2 - 36x
    f''(x) = 72x^2 + 204x - 36
    = 0 at the points of inflection

    divide each term by 12
    6x^2 + 17x - 3 = 0
    (x+3)(6x-1) = 0
    x = -3 or x = 1/6

    so there are 2 points of inflection , one with x = -3 and the other with x = 1/6
    plug those values into the original to their corresponding y values.
