Peter the Great was the only one who did westernization because he was very curious and interested in other cultures. He wanted to make Russia more modern and saw how Western countries like Europe were doing cool things. So, he decided to bring those ideas back to Russia and make it more like the West. He was a really strong and determined leader who made big changes happen in Russia.
