I have made gains in my strength and endurance throughout this course. I believe these gains occurred because I stayed consistent with my workouts, pushed myself to new limits, and followed a structured training program.
In the future, I plan to continue working on improving my form and technique for burpees and pull-ups. These areas still need work because I want to further increase my strength and efficiency in these exercises. Additionally, I believe that mastering proper form will help prevent injuries and allow me to progress even further in my fitness journey.
