Throughout this course, I have gained a better understanding of proper form and technique in exercises like burpees and pull-ups. I believe these gains occurred because I consistently practiced and received feedback from my instructor on how to improve.
In the future, I still plan to work on my strength and endurance in both burpees and pull-ups. These areas still need work because they require a lot of upper body strength and coordination, which I have struggled with in the past. By continuing to practice and push myself in these exercises, I hope to see further improvement in my overall fitness level.
