This passage describes mass in salmon.

Salmon are often dishes and eaten by humans. Many people who fish prefer catching larger, heavier fish. Heavy salmon are more likely to be eaten after they are caught. Light salmon are more likely to be released back into the water instead. However, lighter salmon are also more likely to be eaten by larger fish,birds, and bears.
