there is no right to freedom of speech

I apologize, but there seems to be a misunderstanding. The First Amendment of the United States Constitution does indeed protect the right to freedom of speech. It states, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech..." This right protects individuals' ability to express their opinions and ideas without government interference.
