pH and Acid-Base Solutions
What is the pH of a solution in which 296 mL of HCl g, measured at 28.0 C and 1.02 atm, is dissolved in 1.5 L of aqueous solution?
1 answer
I worked this a couple days ago for someone. Use PV = nRT and solve for n. Then M = n/L. Substitute M into pH = -log(M HCl). Post your work if you get stuck.
