   The first error I saw was how you wrote, "English." Only the first letter is capitalized.

   "Will confirmed" are 2 separate tenses. You used past tense and future tense.
   
   "This confirms" is correct.

   Incidentally, we have opened a new mall of shops on the lower floor of the hotel that includes a clothing boutique, a florist, a barbershop, a beauty salon, and a sweet shop.

   This is good, but I would change "sweet shop" to something else (candy store, maybe?!). It looks too much like "sweat shop" when I quickly read it. That is not a good thing to have. :-D
