    The weather bureau uses balloon. They determine the temperature aloft. the italicized words are - they determine the temperature aloft.

  5. Start by finding your verb. What is the verb in that sentence?

    Then change it to a gerund.

    Then figure out the correct preposition to use:
    By
    To
    With
    Through

    These 4 will be pretty common, but there will be others.
