  1. first, we convert 9 Liters to milliliter,, recall that
    1 L = 1000 mL, thus
    9 L = 9000 mL
    now we divide 9000 by 90 to determine how many 90 mL-bottle she needs:
    9000 / 90 = 100 bottles
