Please help me I have a whole section to do over the weekend and I forgot my book!

Please help!!

You'll need to post a question in order for a science teacher to know what kind of help you need. Biology? Chemistry? What? And what is/are the question(s)?

Just remember -- the more specific you are, the better a teacher can help you.

The form of energy that makes it possible for you to see is light. Light is a type of electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human eye. It is produced by a light source, such as the Sun or a light bulb, and then travels in the form of waves or particles called photons. When light reaches your eyes, it interacts with specialized cells called photoreceptors in your retina. These photoreceptors convert the light signals into electrical impulses that are then sent to the brain, where they are interpreted as visual images. In order to see, light must reflect off of objects and enter your eyes. The objects absorb some wavelengths of light and reflect others, which gives them their characteristic colors. Different wavelengths of light correspond to different colors of the visible spectrum, ranging from red to violet.
