2. Feedback Dashboard: This interface provides a summary of all feedback received from passengers. It includes categorizations such as date submitted, type of feedback, and status (pending, resolved, in progress). Users can navigate through the dashboard to view individual feedback entries and take necessary actions.
Design considerations:
1. Usability:
- The feedback submission form is designed with clear labels and input fields, making it easy for passengers to provide feedback.
- The dashboard layout is user-friendly, with intuitive navigation and easily accessible options for managing feedback entries.
2. Visibility:
- Important information such as contact details, feedback type, and status are prominently displayed in the feedback dashboard for quick reference.
- Clear call-to-action buttons are included in the interfaces to guide users on how to submit feedback or take actions on existing feedback entries.
3. Affordance:
- Interactive elements such as input fields, buttons, and tabs are designed to look clickable, indicating to users that they can interact with these elements.
- The feedback submission form includes a progress bar to show users how far along they are in completing the form, providing a sense of feedback submission process.
