please help edit a letter to a US Immigration officer in Hong Kong for a B1 Visa application for my domestic helper to visit the US

Dear US Immigration Officer,

My name is George Varvitsiotis (US Citizen Passport Number: 567848916)

I am humbly asking for your kind consideration to approve the Domestic Helper B1 Visa to the US for our helper Andrea Asuncion. We will be going on a planned Summer Holiday to the USA.

I will be working and traveling during the holiday and will heavily rely on our Domestic Helper to look after the children, caregiving, and prepare meals while I am working. My mother is 85 years old, and in poor health and very sickly, and wants to see the boys but cannot be expected to watch over and care for the boys.

Andrea Asuncion has been a domestic helper since January 2023 or some 15 Months and she is extremely responsible and trust worthy for the caregiving of both boys. She is also very active in her church here in Hong Kong.

I am thoroughly impressed with Andrea’s professionalism, diligence, and reliability to provide high quality care for my children and feel comfortable taking full responsibility for her in the US as her employer.

I need to have her B1 Domestic Helper Visa approved as she is vital for the caregiving of my children. I will be away working and traveling via car to business meetings during this Holiday back, and humbly ask for your kind consideration to grant this B1 Domestic Helper visa to be approved.

Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions at

[email protected] or +852 1234 5678.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
George Varvitsiotis
