please edit the below letter from the Father to the Mother's divorce lawyers to arrange for mediation and protect children from harm by avoiding prolonged litigation in the Hong Kong Family Court

Dear Sirs/Madamms,

I refer to your letter dated April 29, 2024 which was in reply to my letters April 17, 2024, and April 22, 2024 including the Open Without Prejudice Letters regarding the protection of well being of both children now in risk of harm.
The truthful financial facts and my most recently sworn Financial Form E, my Employee Returns, 2023-2024 IRD Auditor Tax Return submissions, and Company Audits/bank statements, and personal bank and debt statements have all been proactively placed into your firm’s and clients possession.
Both offers for ‘Short Term Solutions’ and ‘Long Term Solutions’ are open to refinement as they provide both children with stable quality free housing, private international schooling, health insurance, and the Mother with
- Four Year free apartment housing via legal ready to execute lease,
- A car, and car insurance.
- Monthly Maintenace of $14,000 HKD (with FREE housing)
It is open for the mother Matters to discuss matters shipping the Mother’s belonging to her new apartment, purchase budge of new furniture’s like a TV, bed, and potentially utilities going forward over 4 years of free housing can be discussed and considered in Good Faith during mediation.
As this is an EMERGENCY with both children needing to relocate and start their new private schools shortly, I urge the below for a more immediate Good Faith Mediation to address these urgent matters via Mediation as opposed to HK Family Court intervention.
Good Faith Mediation Proposals:
1. I recommend a Stay on all proceedings and judgements in the HK Family Court and all courts to allow a for rapid mutually agreed Global Solution Settlement, so there the focus can be on Mutually Agreed Consent Agreements via Mediation and not the HK Family Court process.
a. A joint letter to be sent to the HK Family Court within this week requesting a mutual stay on all proceedings and judgements during ‘Good Faith’ mediation.
b. I believe its trite to have a Global Good Faith mutual consent agreement Mediation without at least a short term Stay on Proceedings.
c. I believe the HK Family Court would welcome this collaborative approach as well.
2. Request Mediation to begin as soon as possible in May 2024 (I can make myself available on May 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, we clearly have the day of May 28th available and can avoid those back word looking hearings and focus on mutual agreed consent agreement via mediation.
3. If Ms Jody Sin is not available in May 2024 as above, we can get one of the many other mediators in Hong Kong, which I am sure are available and I can help find one as well from the registry.
4. As this matter is URGENT, Please respond by anytime Wednesday, May 15, 2024 ( a public holiday) or Thursday, May 16, 2024 to avoid current and potentially new litigations and filings which will regrettable given the documented, disclosed, and worsening financial hardships causing harm to both children.
5. The focus now should be on a swift children’s protection and well being first Solutions and Outcomes.

Dear Sirs/Madams,

I refer to your letter dated April 29, 2024, in response to my letters dated April 17, 2024, and April 22, 2024, including the Open Without Prejudice Letters concerning the well-being of our children, who are currently at risk of harm.

I have proactively provided all relevant financial information, including my most recent Financial Form E, Employee Returns, 2023-2024 IRD Auditor Tax Return submissions, Company Audits/bank statements, and personal bank and debt statements to your firm and your client.

I have put forth two offers for 'Short Term Solutions' and 'Long Term Solutions' to ensure that both children have access to stable housing, private international schooling, health insurance, and adequate financial support. These offers include free housing for the mother for four years, a car with insurance, and a monthly maintenance payment of $14,000 HKD (with free housing included). I am open to discussing additional needs such as relocating the mother's belongings to her new apartment and purchasing new furniture during mediation.

Given the urgency of the situation, I propose the following Good Faith Mediation proposals to address these matters promptly and avoid prolonged litigation in the Hong Kong Family Court:

1. Request for a stay on all proceedings and judgments in the HK Family Court to allow for a rapid mutually agreed Global Solution Settlement through mediation.
2. Initiate mediation as soon as possible in May 2024, with available dates on May 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30.
3. If Ms. Jody Sin is not available in May, I am willing to work with another mediator to expedite the process.
4. Request for a response by Wednesday, May 15, 2024, or Thursday, May 16, 2024, to prevent additional litigation and filings that may harm our children's well-being.
5. Prioritize the children's protection and well-being in the mediation process.

I believe that a collaborative approach through mediation is in the best interest of our children, and I urge you to consider these proposals for the swift resolution of our current situation.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
