2. Commitment to Fair and Healthy Work Environment:
Employees are expected to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone is treated fairly and with respect. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

4. Discrimination and Harassment:

Employees are expected to uphold the company's values and standards of behavior both in and out of the workplace. Any misconduct off the job that reflects poorly on the company may result in disciplinary action.

9. Families and Relatives:
Employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance and are allowed to have relationships with colleagues. However, favoritism or conflicts of interest involving family members or relatives will not be tolerated.
