Now that you have explored different types of careers, you should have some idea of what kind of career you would like to pursue. In one or two paragraphs, answer the following questions:

What kind of job within your chosen career field do you wish to pursue?
What types of training and education will best prepare you for the field and your particular goals within that field?
What are at least two realistic ways of funding your education based on your personal financial circumstances? How much in student loans can you afford to take on

After exploring various career options, I have decided that I want to pursue a career in environmental engineering. I am passionate about sustainable development and preserving the environment, and I believe that a career in this field will allow me to make a positive impact on the world. Specifically, I am interested in working as a water resource engineer, focusing on managing and protecting water resources for communities.

To prepare for this career, I plan to pursue a Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related field. Additionally, I will seek out internships and research opportunities to gain hands-on experience in water resource management. A Master's degree in environmental engineering or a related field may also be beneficial for advancing my career and specializing in water resource engineering.

In terms of funding my education, two realistic ways based on my personal financial circumstances would be to apply for scholarships and grants, as well as to work part-time while studying. I will also explore federal student loans as a last resort, but I am mindful of not taking on more debt than I can afford. I believe that a combination of these funding options will help me achieve my educational goals without placing a heavy financial burden on myself.
