During my teaching practice, I served as a facilitator and mediator in the classroom to support the teaching and learning process. My role involved working closely with students and teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. I facilitated discussions, group work, and activities to help students better understand and apply the course material. Additionally, I mediated conflicts and challenges that arose during lessons to ensure that all students felt heard and understood. By serving as a facilitator and mediator, I was able to promote a collaborative and supportive atmosphere that encouraged student participation and success.
