Why are metals used within most electronic devices and wires? In three to five sentences, apply your knowledge of conductivity to explain. (4 points)

(Completely original, and like an 8th grader wrote it)

Metals are used in most electronic devices and wires because they are good conductors of electricity. This means that they allow electric currents to flow through them easily, which is important for making electronic devices work. If we used non-metal materials, like plastic or wood, the electricity would have a harder time flowing and the devices wouldn't work as well. So, metals are the best choice for making sure our electronic devices can power up and do cool stuff.
