To remain as objective as possible when assessing the learners, I used a variety of assessment tools such as quizzes, exams, and projects to gather a range of data on the students' performance. Additionally, I made sure to focus on specific criteria and learning outcomes when evaluating their work, rather than personal opinions or biases. Finally, I sought input from colleagues or other professionals to provide a different perspective and ensure a fair and accurate assessment of the learners.
