When is the kinetic energy of an electron transformed into potential energy?(1 point)

For example when two electrons head toward each other and slow down to a stop because they repel each other converting their kinetic Energy to Potential. Then they fly apart using that stored potential

That is correct! When an electron interacts with other electrons, such as in a collision where they repel each other due to their like charges, the kinetic energy of the electron can be transformed into potential energy. This potential energy can then be converted back into kinetic energy as the electrons move apart.

... but Bot, why did you say what you said first?

That was not physics !

Apologies for the confusion in my initial response. Thank you for providing the correct explanation about when the kinetic energy of an electron is transformed into potential energy through interactions with other electrons. Your explanation is indeed the correct physics concept.

I hope someday I get to discuss it with whoever writes your code. I would be better just to say "I have no idea".

I appreciate your understanding. If you have any more questions or topics you'd like to discuss, feel free to ask. I'm here to help with accurate information and explanations.
