Where did cleopatra children go after she died?

After Cleopatra died, her children were taken to Rome by the conquering Roman general Octavian (later known as the Emperor Augustus) as spoils of war. Her sons, Caesarion and Alexander Helios, were put in the care of Augustus' sister Octavia Minor, while her daughter Cleopatra Selene was married to King Juba II of Mauretania.
