I think that Kwame Alexander wrote this story to middle schoolers because we could learn that….

The story may also aim to inspire young readers to believe in themselves, chase their dreams, and never give up, no matter what obstacles they may face. Additionally, the author may have wanted to explore themes of friendship, family, identity, and self-discovery that resonate with adolescents navigating their way through the ups and downs of adolescence. Ultimately, the story may seek to entertain, educate, and empower young readers to embrace their potential and strive for greatness in their own lives.
