Do you procrastinate, and why or why not? What steps do you (or could you) take to limit procrastination?

I do struggle with procrastination at times. I often find myself putting off tasks that I find overwhelming or tasks that I do not enjoy.

To limit procrastination, I have found that breaking tasks into smaller, more manageable steps helps me get started. I also try to identify and eliminate any distractions that may be preventing me from getting started on a task. Setting specific goals and deadlines for myself can also help in holding myself accountable and staying on track.

I could also try using time management techniques such as the Pomodoro technique, where I work for a set amount of time and then take a short break. Additionally, seeking support or accountability from friends, family, or colleagues can also help in reducing procrastination.
