The ancestral Puebloans, also known as the Anasazi, were an ancient Native American civilization that inhabited the Four Corners region of the southwestern United States, including present-day Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. They are known for their impressive cliff dwellings and sophisticated agricultural practices. The ancestral Puebloans lived in the area from approximately 100 BC to AD 1300.
