Directions: Create a production plan for a new sneaker line.

Remember- Globalization is the spreading of ideas/ concepts/ information world-wide. When you are creating your sneaker step by step- think about how many different parts of the world are involved in making your sneaker. This is globalization.

**This project should be completed on notability**. Make a presentation that includes all of the
following information as if you are going to be presenting this to a company to try to get them to sell your shoe.

You are NOT to design a sneaker that already exists. YOU HAVE TO CREATE YOUR OWN NEW SNEAKER.

1. Draw a picture of your shoe design from 4 angles. (Side, Front, Back, and Sole)

2. Your design MUST include color and be neatly done.

3. Write a paragraph (2-3 sentences) explaining your design and its benefits.
Day 1- Part 2:

1. Choose materials you will use for your shoe. Utilize google on where materials come from based on the different parts of the shoe.

2. Draw another side picture of your shoe and label the different parts of your
shoe and the materials that are required to make the shoe. Include Upper/ Midsole/ Outer Sole.

3. Write a paragraph (2-3 sentences) explaining why you chose those materials and what countries you would need to get them from.

Day 1- Part 2:

1. The materials I have chosen for my shoe are sustainable and ethically sourced. The upper will be made from recycled plastic bottles to reduce environmental impact. The midsole will be made from renewable cork to provide comfort and support. The outer sole will be made from natural rubber to ensure durability and traction.

2. In order to create my shoe, I will need to source materials from various countries around the world. The recycled plastic bottles can be sourced from countries like the United States and Japan, where plastic recycling facilities are advanced. The cork can be sourced from countries like Portugal and Spain, where cork forests are abundant. The natural rubber can be sourced from countries like Thailand and Indonesia, where rubber plantations are prevalent. By sourcing materials from different countries, I can ensure that my shoe is of the highest quality and made with sustainability in mind.

Overall, my shoe design is not only fashion-forward but also eco-friendly and globally conscious.
