1. I believe that the mental wellbeing content discussed in these learning modules will indeed help me become a more successful student at GS. The modules provided valuable information and strategies for managing stress, improving focus and concentration, and enhancing overall mental health. As a student, I often face various academic and personal pressures that can negatively impact my mental wellbeing. The modules provided practical techniques such as deep breathing exercises, time management strategies, and positive self-talk that I can utilize to reduce stress and maintain a healthy mindset. By implementing these techniques, I can better manage my workload, improve my productivity, and maintain a positive attitude towards my studies. Moreover, the modules emphasized the importance of self-care and maintaining a balanced lifestyle, which will undoubtedly contribute to my overall success as a student. Taking care of my mental health will provide me with the necessary energy and motivation to excel academically.

2. After completing the mental wellbeing learning modules, I do plan on changing some of my behaviors. The modules highlighted the importance of setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care. Prior to viewing the modules, I often neglected my own mental health in favor of constantly studying and working. However, I now understand the importance of taking breaks, engaging in activities that bring me joy, and seeking support when needed. I plan on incorporating more self-care activities into my daily routine, such as taking regular breaks, practicing mindfulness, and participating in hobbies outside of academics. Additionally, I will make a conscious effort to reach out for support when feeling overwhelmed or stressed. By implementing these changes, I believe I will be better equipped to handle the demands of being a student and achieve greater success academically and personally.

3. Prior to viewing the learning modules, my knowledge and perception of mental wellbeing were somewhat limited. I understood the basic concept of mental health and the importance of taking care of oneself, but I lacked a comprehensive understanding of strategies and techniques for maintaining optimal mental wellbeing. I also underestimated the impact that mental health can have on overall success, including academic performance. I saw mental wellbeing as something that was secondary to achieving goals and often overlooked as a priority.

4. After completing the learning modules, my personal attitudes and perceptions towards mental wellbeing have significantly shifted. I now understand that mental wellbeing is not only important but is also crucial for overall success and happiness. I have realized that taking care of my mental health is not a luxury but a necessity. I have also developed a more holistic view of mental wellbeing, understanding that it encompasses a wide range of factors including self-care, stress management, and seeking support when needed. I now prioritize mental wellbeing as a fundamental aspect of my life, and I am committed to incorporating strategies learned from the modules into my daily routine. I am more aware of the impact that my mental state can have on my academic performance and overall well-being, and I am motivated to take proactive steps to ensure that my mental health remains a priority.
