Properties of protons and neutrons and electrons in terms of charge and mass

Protons have a positive charge of +1 and a mass of approximately 1 atomic mass unit (amu).

Neutrons have no charge (neutral) and a mass of approximately 1 amu.

Electrons have a negative charge of -1 and a mass that is approximately 1/1836 times the mass of a proton or neutron. Their mass is considered negligible compared to protons and neutrons.
