You need to start a SmartLook session with your customer who is using Windows but the Send Request button isn't available. What should you do?

Place the steps in order.

Enter the code into the box and select Connect.
In IEP Telephony, select Enter SmartLook code.
Ask the customer to hold down the Shift + Enter keys and then tell you the six-digit code that appears on their screen.
