The HR manager position would probably require the greatest depth of HR knowledge. HR managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including strategic planning, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, and training and development. They need to have a comprehensive understanding of HR laws and regulations, as well as be able to make informed decisions and handle complex HR issues.
