What areas of health make up your health triangle?

The health triangle consists of three interconnected areas of health:

1. Physical Health: This involves taking care of one's physical well-being through proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate sleep. It also includes maintaining a healthy body weight, managing stress levels, and avoiding harmful substances such as drugs and alcohol.

2. Mental/Emotional Health: This area focuses on one's psychological and emotional well-being. It includes having a positive self-image, managing stress and emotions effectively, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and seeking help if needed for mental health issues like anxiety or depression.

3. Social Health: This pertains to one's ability to form and maintain healthy relationships with others. It includes developing effective communication skills, practicing empathy and respect towards others, building and nurturing supportive friendships and connections, and experiencing a sense of belonging within a community.
