Does the following make sense? Make corrections

At the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year Brian Bomentre-Lalama who has served as the Principal for the last six years left SBDOG. On July 29,2023 Mirna Lopez (retired) got designated to serve as the School's Interim Principal during the lengthy selection process. At the end of September 24,2023 school board meeting the board of education took action to appoint Doug Sassaman as the new (permanent) Principal. On October 25,2023 he began his first day as the Principal. A few months later parents,staff, and students attended the public section of a school board meeting to speak their concerns about Principal Doug Sassaman. The next day the District placed Doug Sassaman on Paid Adminisrtradive leave while research was being conduted. Yetzabel Diaz-Garcia ACII was designated as Interim Principal during his leave. On March 2024 the board terminated Doug Sassman employment. Immediately by board by laws and school district new policies which were implented in 2023 granted Yetzabel Diaz-Garcia to serve as the new permanent Principal of the school. Yetzabel Diaz-Garcia served as the principal for the rest of that school year continuing on as Principal for the 2024-2025 school year.
