What did Siddhartha Gautama also know as the Buddha want to achieve

Siddhartha Gautama, also known as the Buddha, wanted to achieve enlightenment and liberation from suffering. He sought to understand the cause of suffering (dukkha) and find a way to overcome it. He aimed to discover the truth of existence, known as the Four Noble Truths, and attain a state of ultimate peace and freedom called Nirvana. Additionally, he desired to share his teachings (Dharma) with others, establishing a path (the Eightfold Path) to assist them in attaining enlightenment and liberation as well.
