Who is in charge of the catholic church? Bishops or serfs or the pope or Lords

The person in charge of the Catholic Church is the Pope, who is considered the visible head of the Church. The Pope is the Bishop of Rome and holds the highest authority in the Catholic hierarchy. Bishops are leaders within the Church, but they are not in charge of the entire Catholic Church. The terms "serfs" and "Lords" are not applicable to the leadership structure of the Catholic Church.
