Which of these is a light element?

To accurately identify a light element, we must consider the periodic table of elements. Generally, elements in the first two groups (Group 1 and Group 2) are considered light elements. Here are some examples of light elements:

1. Hydrogen (H)
2. Lithium (Li)
3. Beryllium (Be)
4. Sodium (Na)
5. Magnesium (Mg)

These elements have relatively low atomic masses and are commonly referred to as light elements.

There are a few elements that are considered light elements. The most commonly known light element is hydrogen (H), which is the lightest and most abundant element in the universe. Other light elements include helium (He), lithium (Li), beryllium (Be), boron (B), and carbon (C), although carbon is typically not classified as a light element.
