6 stages ofphptosyntehsis

1) Light Absorption: Chlorophyll in the leaves of the plant absorbs light energy from the sun.

2) Water Splitting: Water molecules are split into hydrogen and oxygen. This process produces electrons, which power the next stages of photosynthesis.
3) Electron Transport: The electrons produced in water splitting move through a series of proteins and molecules in the chloroplasts to create ATP (adenosine triphosphate) and NADPH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate), which are used as energy sources.
4) Carbon Fixation: Carbon dioxide from the air is absorbed by the plant and converted into organic molecules, such as glucose. This process is called carbon fixation.
5) Sugar Synthesis: The organic molecules created in carbon fixation are used to synthesize sugars and other compounds that the plant needs for growth.
6) Regeneration: Some of the organic molecules produced in photosynthesis are used to regenerate the original molecules in the process, allowing the cycle to continue.
