A rainforest found in mid latitude climates

It is highly unlikely to find a rainforest in mid-latitude climates. Rainforests are typically found in tropical regions, generally within 10 degrees latitude of the equator, where the climate is warm and humid year-round. These regions receive abundant rainfall, which is essential for the growth and maintenance of a rainforest ecosystem.

However, there are temperate rainforests that can be found in mid-latitude climates. These are found in areas with cool, wet climates, such as the Pacific Northwest region of North America and parts of southern Chile. These rainforests have a more moderate climate compared to tropical rainforests and have a different mix of plant and animal species.
