Obstacle Course Overview:

The FitVenture is an obstacle course designed for all ages and fitness levels. - Monkey bars of varying heights and lengths to simultaneously work on upper body strength and grip strength.

4. Balance Beam (Station 4)
- A narrow and wobbly beam participants must carefully walk across to challenge their balance and stability.

5. Tire Run (Station 5)
- A series of tires on the ground that participants must step through quickly to improve footwork and anaerobic endurance.

6. Climbing Wall (Station 6)
- A wall with handholds and footholds designed for climbing to work on vertical strength, endurance, and coordination.

7. Cargo Net Climb (Station 7)
- Participants must climb up one side of the cargo net and down the other, challenging their upper body strength and grip.

8. Sled Push (Station 8)
- A weighted sled that participants push on the ground for a set distance to work on lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

9. Battle Ropes (Station 9)
- A set of heavy ropes that participants wave continuously, working on arm strength, endurance, and core stability.

10. Cool Down and Debrief Area (Station 10)
- A designated area for participants to cool down, stretch, and debrief about their experience, sharing tips and strategies for future success.
