A director democracy is a form of direct democracy in which citizens directly participate in the decision-making process. This is in contrast to a representative democracy, in which citizens elect representatives to make decisions on their behalf. In a director democracy, citizens are directly involved in the decision-making process, while in a representative democracy, citizens are only indirectly involved.
