Hi! I'm a first grader and I love to learn new things. So let me tell you a little bit about what I do in school. In math, we learn about numbers, counting, and adding and subtracting. We use fun games and puzzles to practice our math skills. In reading, we learn how to read words and sentences. Our teacher reads stories to us and we get to read books on our own too. We also have science where we learn about plants, animals, and how things work. And in art, we get to draw and paint, which is super fun! Overall, being a first grader is really exciting because I get to learn new things every day!
