A. 2x*2-29/21
B. 21/2x*2-29
C. -2x*2-29/29

Assuming you meant
f(x)=(x-2)/(x+5) and g(x)=(x-5)/(x+2)
then
f+g = (x-2)/(x+5) + (x-5)/(x+2) = (2x^2-29)/((x+5)(x-2))
f-g = (x-2)/(x+5) - (x-5)/(x+2) = 21/((x+5)(x-2))
so that means
(f+g)/(f-g) = (2x^2-29)/21
