Write laboratory report for mass and volume measurement

Procedure
1.Calculate the mass of NaCl that required to prepare 0.1M NaCl in 50mL of solution 2.Weight out the calculated amount of NaCl on the balance 3.Transfer it to beaker and add 30 ml of distilled water to the beaker containing the salt.
4.Stir the mixture until all the salt dissolves 5.Measure the weight of the dry volumetric flask and record its mass.

6.Transfer the solution from the beaker to the volumetric flask and fill it up to the mark with distilled water.

7.Measure the weight of the volumetric flask with the solution and record its mass.

Results

The mass of NaCl required to prepare 0.1M NaCl in 50mL of solution was 0.5g. The mass of the dry volumetric flask was 30.2g. The mass of the volumetric flask with the solution was 80.2g.

Conclusion

The mass and volume of the solution was successfully measured.
