Make power pellets
To make power pellets, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/4 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or cherries)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, honey, peanut butter, flaxseed, nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon until well combined.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and form into small balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Allow the power pellets to cool before serving. Enjoy!
