Explanation: This reason can be backed up by a-lot of evidence. And the other options don't connect as much to the main claim as this one does.

5. An article published by a doctor about the benefits of exercise.
Explanation: This source is credible because it is by an expert. And not just an expert on something, but it is something on the same field he/she specializes in.

6. It is insupportable and insignificant to the reader.
Explanation: There can not be that much evidence to back up a father losing weight from grapefruit. And most readers won't care that someone's dad lost weight by eating a grapefruit. A more supportable claim is : Eating grapefruit before each meal can increase weight loss. Now it isn't perfect, but it's better than the original.

(It should take from 3-5 sentences if you do it well, make sure to keep it short!)

13. Think of something that could make the main claim look bad. Then think of something that you could use in order to defend that position. You can change it to whatever in order to make it easier for yourself. Such as : Dancing can be frustrating to perfect or Dancing can ruin your body in the long run. But think of something yourself!
