What are 3 strength exercises you can do for rehab of the knee?

1. Straight Leg Raises: Lie on your back with your legs straight and your feet together. Slowly raise one leg up as high as you can without bending your knee. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly lower your leg back down. Repeat with the other leg.

2. Step-Ups: Stand in front of a step or box and place one foot on the step. Push through your heel to lift your body up onto the step. Step down with the same leg and repeat.

3. Wall Squats: Stand with your back against a wall and your feet shoulder-width apart. Slowly slide down the wall until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly slide back up the wall.
