To become an LCC (Local Cultural Care) for Cultural Care, you must first complete the online application and submit it to the Cultural Care office. Once your application is approved, you will be required to attend an orientation and training session. During the orientation and training session, you will learn about the Cultural Care program, the expectations of an LCC, and the responsibilities of an LCC. After the orientation and training session, you will be required to complete a background check and sign a contract with Cultural Care. Once you have completed all of these steps, you will be officially certified as an LCC for Cultural Care.
