Is a money free society possible?
Yes, Some people in the amazon rainforest still do not use a currency even though there country is developed and have a currency already there (The Real) These people rely on nature as there provider rather than superstores getting food from tree's plants hunting animals cooking them using fire and maybe even spices found in the forest. They don't need to import food since all of the food given to them is provided, same with water and clothing and there shelters are also made with natural environment. The only reason people imported certain foods are because of there tastes (in certain conditions) so if you rely on your own countries food and resources with a community's support you should be able to survive with no active money. (Obviously this probably wouldn't apply as much in a cold environment such as Antarctica where it is hard to get eg. fishing gear made of metals and woods which in that case you would need to import resources which would take money....)
