I gave you a detailed solution, but you apparently did not understand, even
after I clarified it more.

e.g. in the previous problem one of the bearings was 300°. I claimed that
the remaining angle was 60°, and you did not understand it.

I think you want the bearing of R not P from Q and you have a typo
