If a country has a king or queen, but the powers of that monarch are defined and limited by a set of rules (constitution), that is a constitutional monarchy. If the place has a parliament or legislature in addition to the monarch , that is a sure bet for constitutional monarchy. I do not know of any place where the monarch (legally) has absolute power at present. However there are certainly places where a boss has taken over corruptly.
