If this is correct 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, then the 53rd should be an 8 right? Can you explain how you got the 53rd and the 6?

9*5=45

The first 52 values are
1*1 -- 1
2*3 -- 1+3 = 4
3*11 -- 4+11 = 15
4*17 -- 15+17 = 32
5*20 -- 32+20 = 52
so the next one is a 6
