A boat is 14miles south of sakuma island. It them moves at 90° angle towards the east convering 15miles. What bearing should the boat take to travel directly to the island?

I really need the solutions.

The boat is 14 miles south and 15 miles east of the island

call angle between island, south point and east point A
then tan A = 15/14
A = 47 degrees so island to vessel is 47 degrees east of south
therefore vessel to island is 47 degrees west of north
360 - 47= 313 = heading to steer for island ignoring wind, waves, and current.
By the way you steer on a "heading", not a "bearing". You "take " a bearing. or example the island bears 313 degrees from the boat.
